A. Login to your machine with a Supervisor account and reset the Adminstrator password following the steps below.

There are two ways to do this, using the Smart Operation Panel or Web Image Monitor. Please use whichever method is convenient for you.

How to reset the administrator password via Web Image Monitor如何通过Web图像监控工具重置管理员密码

• Launch the web browser on your computer and enter the IP address of the machine in the address bar of the web browser to connect to Web Image Monitor.在电脑上打开网页浏览器，然后在浏览器的地址栏中输入该设备的IP地址，即可连接到Web Image Monitor。

Supervisor account: an account used to manage the password of the administrator account.
超级管理员账户：用于管理管理员账户密码的专用账户。

Administrator: User Administrator, Machine Administrator, Network Administrator or File Administrator

Set the Supervisor password at the time of the initial installation and do not forget the login username and login password for the Supervisor. If you forget these, please contact your local Ricoh representative or dealer.
